xkbmapgui is a tool to easily switch keyboard layouts in X, using setxkbmap. It sits in your system tray and allows you to change layouts with a single click. Program is compatibile with Freedesktop standards, and will work as long as you have a systray.

Dvorak Command
Dvorak Command is a Mac-style Dvorak keyboard layout switcher for Windows. When a Ctrl+<Key> shortcut is pressed, the Dvorak layout is temporarily converted to a Qwerty layout. Thus, pressing Ctrl+J becomes Ctrl+C; Ctrl+K becomes Ctrl+V and so on.
