xget

1: xget should support recursive retrival of files (that's
the main reason I use wget anyway)
2: you should be more flexible of where the code is put, i.e
the person who installs the program should be allowed to
decide that.
3: $ENV{'HOME'} should be used to refer to the users home
account, and if needed create a .xgetrc file to store
variables for next session.
