Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is most likely something to do with ImageMagick, which we introduced for the first time in Xena 5.0.0 to handle multi-page tiffs among other things. We are looking into this currently.

It appears that Xena is configured to convert TIFF images to compressed PNG images. Is it possible to reconfigure it to leave TIFFs in their native format, or to convert to PNG without compressing the files? Thanks.
