Minor fix: xCHM is now compilable with GCC 4.4.
Users compiling with a GCC version prior to 4.4 or binary users should be totally unaffected by this.

xCHM v1.17 released

Fixed the code to compile out-of-the-box with GCC 4.4. Binary distribution users should be completely unaffected by this, it's more of a maintainer-friendly release.
