@ireenaminora Can you add this information to the XBian wiki? All users with a forum account can contribute.

Does not work. You should writer a manual how to run it on Linux. I run Linux Mint 16 64 bit edition, when I extract the archive and double click the file Xbian-installer it just doesn't do anything. Also tried "sh Xbian-installer" and "./Xbian-installer" in terminal with no luck. ++++++++++++++++++ Update: I had to run: "gksudo thunar" in my case(I use xfce, where thunar is default file manager, for gnome that would be nautilus. However, that still would be helpful to include in manual.

XBian is a small, fast and lightweight media center distro for the Raspberry Pi, based on a minimal Raspbian image. Our slogan is “XBMC on Raspberry Pi, the bleeding edge” as our main focus is delivering the fastest XBMC solution for the Raspberry Pi.

Some minimum description for the software would help a lot.
