manage services without coping them in wsabi

    Hello.I want to know is there any way to manage webservice by wsabi4axis without copying lib and classes in wsabi4axis? we want to deploy webservice war file as usual(copying war file in webapps tomcat), so that they put under the control of wsabi without copying lib and classes..
    Is it possible????
