Hello Jean-Louis,
I've been here for almost five years and, AFAIU, there is still no piano roll or anything like that in wired. I think users are supposed to record MIDI events from some external sources (programs and/or devices). This is actually very confusing and weird.

Hello,
I'm new to wired, i've tried to test it as it seem to be the only "serious" music application for gnome.
I've added an instrument (wired sampler), created a midi track, connected it to wired sampler and created a pattern.
But, we I "double-click" on this patern nothing happens. It's normal ?.

Pero es que he intentado de compilar el paquete desde el link que tienen para la bajada, 14/09/2009. En el:
svn checkout https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/wired/trunk/wired
Pero falta el archivo src/gui/FileConversion.cpp
Luego, he bajado:
https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/wired/tags/release-0.7.0/
y este no encuentra el MainApp.h ni...

A deb package is now available.
I'll try to update it for every next releases.
Tested on Debian lenny and Ubuntu 9.04
