Run as administrator and then will work fine.
right click on the exe, properities/compatibility and in the privilege level block click on the run as administrator the apply+ok.

I had the same problem until I disabled the Windows Firewall, then it started working fine.

In all versions and all machines network error occurs this test search any field.
"Unable to get raw socket!"

When running WinMTR on Vista RTM, the interface displays fine but when I run the trace, nothing appears in the trace Window. The same happens either as a standard user, Administrator and in XP compatibility mode.
Any ideas?
