    Your idea was the right help: Fixed it by replacing standard source filter for mp3 Files by Microsofts "WM ASF Reader" Filter, which is also used internal by Windows Media Player and let the graphbuilder render the rest of the graph.

    By the way, do you know any built-in DShow filter to automatically normalize Audio without using third party codecs like ffdshow?
