Just emailed you on SF users email address asking for another email address I can use to send an updated module to you.

It works for me. The amazon documentation is incomplete (giving the impression what we want is no longer available) and the example code they provided was corrupt but the last link you gave, while not the answer itself, led me somewhere else that provided the (easy) solution.
