Currently (0.2.b717), The Wiinstrument will not even start if any other application is hogging the sound device (eg jackd).

It would be great with a Linux version of 0.2.1b! The updated interface looks really nice...
Any tips on how to start hacking the current win32 release's source files to get it running on Linux are welcome!

The application hogs your current sound output device, making it impossible to start a software synthesizer in parallell! At least for me (with but one sound-card and no external MIDI controller), this means no sound at all... and the purpose of the application is kinda defeated...

The application tends to crash every second minute or so (but can sometimes run 10 minutes or more at once, albeit also but 5-10 seconds at times), leaving the following trail in stdout:

To make the wiinstrument more natural feeling, why not leverage the wii bar and configure instruments to spacial positions. i.e. snare in center, tomtom to right, left for cymbol, etc. thoughts??.
