WideImage is an object-oriented PHP image library, written in/for PHP5. Uses GD2 and is unit-tested with Simpletest. Promotes ease of use and extensibility.

WideImage 1.0 beta is released. There are a few bug fixes and some new features, nothing serious. The library proved stable enough to enter beta version.
WideImage has joined the GoPHP initiative (http://gophp5.org/). This means that from February 5th, 2008, WideImage will accept PHP 5.2 features to its codebase and will not support older versions of PHP.
