• wEMBOSS 2.1 file released: wEMBOSSDIST-2.1.tar.gz

  wEMBOSS does not install anymore its modules in the Perl system libraries. The wEMBOSS.pm module has been split into 8 modules each one corresponding to one of the 8 possible actions. wrappers4EMBOSS is not anymore included inside wEMBOSS (but can of course still be downloaded as separate suite). The Jalview and ATV applets have been replaced by the most recent versions.
