  03-Oct-2008: - More code for prepost - Added web site dump when checking for crc32 and when verbose is active. Dump is saved to crc32_file_dump in `pwd`. - Increased buffer of cfgmgr variables from 64 to 1024 bytes. This will allow bigger URL names to be used with webnotify. Ideally it wouldn't have any hard limit at all... - Fixed bug in database.c which set wrong page_size in http_reply.
