Description
WebKit is the open source web browser engine used by some of the most popular web browsers like Safari and Google Chrome and many handheld devices.
WebKit2 is WebKit's new, fully non-blocking API layer which introduces a split process model - the web process is isolated from the UI process providing more stability and better responsiveness for the embedding application.
WebKit2.NET provides .NET bindings for WebKit2.
WebKit2.NET is not a control library. It exposes the complete WebKit2 API "As-Is" for managed development. A control library can be built on top of it.
The sample application provides an example about using the API for a simple webbrowser control.
