Not a JBOSS expert but to throw in my 2 cents here if the server has the capacity to handle it you could always look to virtualization running either Virtual Box or XEN or something of the sort and have 2 separate servers running on one physical box with a WebHuddle instance on each. May not be the ultimate answer for you but it's a thought. Short of that what I do know about JBOSS is yes you could install a second instance in a non-standard location and run 2 instances at once although you would have to do some tweaking of JBOSS to ensure you had no port conflicts with any of the standard JBOSS ports from the first install.
