It would be useful to have a field where you could add "rejected for technical reasons" that could be reported on. These are items that would be approved if we could technically capture them but can't be captured currently.

There is no option to put a Target into the completed state - only cancelled. Also when a one-off harvest has finished the target status should change to "completed" rather than remaining in the approved state.

The harvest profile description foield is displaying the error:
The following validation errors have occured.
Description exceeds 4000 characters.
However, the description is only 214 chars long.

Add ability to export a WCT profile as a text file, and then to import as a text file.
This would allow us to develop a profile on our test system then export it and re-import it on our QA and production systems.
We could also store them separately in Subversion (for example) to allow version control of profiles.

It would be useful if you could click on Add and have it save the change. Currently when you add a note you have to remember to also click on save. We've noticed it's easy to accidentally lose the note that you think you've added and saved.

It would be handy to be able to identify from the Target Instance scheduled list, which TIs are new harvests vs which TIs are repeat harvests (i.e. have already been harvested once before but are scheduled for another harvest)

It would be useful to add an exclusion filter while a crawl is underway and then for that exclusion filter to enacted.

We'd like a date to show when the permissions letter was sent. e.g. in the Harvest Authorisation list the status (requested) could have a "date sent" recorded beside it.
