Webmin Third Party Modules

I am creating a custom theme based off of Jamie Cameron's blue-theme.

I have two issues that I was hoping someone could help me with.

1)I created two custom categories. They both appear on the navigation bar on the left, but I would like them to be at the top of the list, not second and third from the bottom. Anyone know how I can do this?

2)I want to put a custom frame at the top that will be shown on every page (it will just have my company's logo, so basically it's a banner). I am not the best with cgi scripts, but I know it has to go in the index.cgi file. Can anyone help me with this?
