Web2Project has an active community with quick response to questions in the forum. The Add-on modules make it easy to create seamless functionality. Custom fields is another plus. As We2Project continues to improve, I have no doubt it will eventually become an awesome Project Management tool.

I have been using dotProject for sometime but I was unhappy with the DynamicTasks handling and errors. Also was quite heavy on its SQL queries. I switched to web2Project and it works like a charm. With some work on more detailed permissions, automated costing/budgeting and resource handling it would be a 10/10.

I could not resist the feeling, that this is copy of dotProject, except this one works!

I used dotproject since 2003 or so and switched to web2project and immediately found a great improvement in performance and a lot of bugs and annoyances had cleared up. We have found the project management function a little complicated, but fully functional, and the contact manager is just dandy. We now use it for two businesses - a consulting practice and a broadcast radio station. Keep up the good work!
