Winamp Control Center is a CGI-based executable (written in Visual Basic 5.0 Professional SP3) that interacts with Winamp to display information about Winamp over the web, including the current playing song, the playlist, current song length, etc.
A lot of bugs appeared when the Winamp API changed, so the WCC code has been updated and fixes a lot of bugs that were submitted over the last year (when development was dead). Get it from http://www.wcc.cx/

The Winamp Control Center has a very bad bug in it where the Visual Basic Windows API call FindWindow() doesn't find the Winamp window under WindowsNT. If anyone could figure this one out and submit a patch that would be awesome, thanks!
