The program monitors file size and time stamp modifications and exits when the file stops changing. Purpose of the program is to work as a poor mans mutex e.g. keep on blocking next commands in scripts.

2009-02-19 Sami Kerola <kerolasa@iki.fi> * Release 1.0 * Initial version.
Initial version of a watfich (what fish?) is released. The command is poor mans mutex that checks file stats and blocks script execution as long time as files given as a parameters keep on changing. Most likely users of the command are system admins and other who need to tail -f something before doing next tasks. With the command tailing can be automatized on basis of exit values.
