Build.
Built using gcc 4.3.2.

Upgraded CDT, SDL and added wxWidgets. New Wascana branding, directory names.
CDT for Windows 0.9.2 contains the new gcc and g++ drivers that fix the path issue on Vista.
Unfortunately, there's an issue with MinGW on Vista. I am working on getting a copy of Vista to see if I can provide a fix. Check info on the Help forum for more details and to discuss.
