I haven't released a new game for WaDDL in quite a while now, but that doesn't mean that work is not going on in the background. I've decided to start using CVS on Sourceforge, that way anyone who wants to follow along and keep any eye on the new developments can. It also lets folks know that this project isn't stale, new code is being added every week, it just happens be undergoing a major rewrite and that is why there haven't been any games released lately.
I have begun work on the WaDDL home page. I will publish it within the next couple of weeks or so. It contains documentation on the WaDDL project to showcase what is being done behind the scenes and what is currently available, but not yet officially published. It will provide documentation on the published Python game development modules and insight on the future of WaDDL (such as when to expect the game scripting language & rules parser). It will also list and provide additional information on the WaDDL games that have been released.
1) Added "Break Up Expedition & Return Home" option to Conquistador. You can attempt to sail home with all your gold (that is if you manage to survive the trip home and any hostile tribes you encounter on your way back to the ship). 2) Added "Option #1: Draw 1 card instead of 2 when Arab Hostility is High" to Pacification of the Middle East game to make it possible to occassionaly achieve Peace victories & sometimes even Ultimate victories (without this option oil victories are managable, but peace & most of all ultimate victories are nearly impossible.
