After some time I ended up in the position of choosing a CRM system when the people that would use it couldn't decide on one. I'm administrator of the system and some other systems as well.
I got asked today whether it's possible to do Campaign task tracking and searching didn't get me the answer or the question I'm after.
The full problem case.
We are running a campaign that has quite a few personal interactions with potential clients. This however requires that the leads are available. At times however they are not immediately available. I want to know if there is a way to make either notes or track the activities for the campaign with regards to individual leads. At present the campaign is only run against a small lead base however future ones can be run against larger lead bases.
Ideally we'd want to be able to track that each task has been completed for a certain lead.
