I've confirmed that as of svn 304M VStar now attempts a connection on 3307 first, and if there is no response within 30 seconds it then retries on 3306. This works great and allows VStar to failover when there are problems connecting to the database server. Nevermind I just realized we'd still have to copy around the RevisionAccessor as that's the only way that SVN will update the revision number. Although we could still do the combination with the buildnumber to provide more info.

Perhaps this is a better way to go about it. Then we wouldn't have to go about copying the revisionaccesor around like crazy.
Have something like svnrevision-buildnumber?.

OK, so I've attached patches for resolving and display of the comment codes.
I tried to remove the the other files that I've put here but I get a permission denied.
So the patches to NOT use are:
the precision date patch
the first commentType file
On to the uncertainty change.
