VoiceCode is an Open Source initiative started by the National Research Council of Canada, to develop a programming by voice toolbox. The aim of the project is to make programming through voice input as easy and productive as with mouse and keyboard.
For install, Use subversion, as described in this page: http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/voicecode/index.php?title=VCode_1_Doc/InstallationManual.
Thanks for Voicecode, it's the best!
I only recently heard about this project, and was wondering what the current state of it is – e.g. is it considered usable, or is there a lot of development still to do? Also, how easy or difficult would it be to implement support for languages other than Python, and/or editors other than Emacs?
Voice / Speech recognition for Developers , who want to do programming even of RSI problems really need such projects ! Especially opensource, to make it possible to customize.
