  • Vmbal 0.1 released!

Vmbal is a virtual machine load balancer. It monitors virtualized servers and migrates virtual machines from a server to another one if necessary. It gets CPU, memory, disk and network usage data using Libvirt. After that the collected data is analyzed. The analysis is only been done for CPU for now. The goal of this project is to analyze the CPU, network, disk and memory usage and do migrations to minimize the load difference between virtualized servers. This project only supports Xen for now, but in the future might support other virtual machine monitors. This is the first release of Vmbal.
