Windows Mobile VLC Remote

I installed VLC remote a while back and it worked fine. I have changed something (I don't know what) butIi get the message "Error Could not connect, please check your settings". When I go to settings I don't know what to change.

The port number is 8080, and the server name/IP is filled in but I don't know if the server name is correct. How do I know what the server name should be.

Please help
