Would be nice to add a MP3 besides the video (and its sound). Adding, transitions just the same as how videos are handled. Add background volume for the song (100%=no video sound, 0% = only video sound).

I confirm the crash with both avi and mov files generated by different cameras. They probably use unsupported codecs?
Anyhow, tested on Kubuntu 7.04 Feisty Fawn i386.

After adding a raw AVI file with audio and trying to play it, the preview window shows the video four times (2x2), with green and purple stripes in the center between the two lines of 1x2 and the application crashes.
This is WinXPPro, 2GB RAM, Radeon 9800Pro.
