Event Reminder funcionality in Vcalendar

    Does anybody knows why this funcionality is not active. Can I active somehow by myself. There is table "event_remind" and "send_reminders.php","send_reminders.html", "send_reminders_events.php" pages, but I can't see the way how to configure event reminder...

    Please help,
