well, this bug will be fixed from pgsql.a new sql file will be released soon.
after that a new "migrate module" will be build(it will make aliases for the old addresses to the new ones , it will have purge option after the migrate it is complited)

if i change a domain name, all the emails from that domain shoud be changed.
for example, if i have exemple.com with user_1@example.com and user_2@example.com, and i change example.com in info.com all the addresses should be changed from user_1@example.com in user_1@info.com and so on.
