  A friend of mine told me I should post this code on sourceforge. So here it is. Right now it is all coded in bash. It assumes you are running Apache, and that you are using "include Vhosts.conf" in your httpd.conf file. I would like to begin porting it to a platform independent PHP program. So here we go!
