I stopped coding on this project a long time ago (as you can see). I simply don't have the time to head this project at the moment. It would be cool though. - Following up comment on the ability to logout from the web page.
- Displaying different page other the create root user when database not accessable.

This problem occurs when your PHP installation hasn't got the Postgres support built in. If you are running off a package managed system like RedHat linux you can install the php-postgres package. Otherwise you will probably have to recompile your PHP configuring it with --with-pgsql.
