Not really nice. Most of this comments are NOT related with Windows 7 64bit. This program can't be "easily" run with Windows 7 64bit, even if you do all tasks with "Run as Administrator". The drivers itself are not digitally signed, that's a real deal-breaker. With "dseo13b.exe", you will be able to run Windows 7 even with non signed drivers, but this opens also some doors for malware...

@toantu where did you download the dseo13b.exe, vfd.dll and vfd.sys files? Thanks

I downloaded the .zip file and extracted it. When I opened vfdwin.exe and tried to load the driver vfd.sys I repeatedly got an access denied message. I'm using a Windows Vista 32 bit, which is indicated to be compatible here.

    Does not install on W7 x64 SP1... per -thor heyerdahl Additional Note: Even with 'critical_0's 'fix' (vfd.sys - 16,896b - 20061021)

It does not install on W7 64 SP1. vfdwin.exe pops up a message "Virtual Floppy Drive does not run on Windows 95/98/Me." The SourceForge site claims it works on W7 64, the Project Home website says it doesn't work on 64 bit, and the README doesnt mention 64 bit at all...
