A free texture editor for Windows 9x which will support POV-Ray 3.1 textures. It also has a preview feature. This is basically a front-end to generate POV texture code.

This software is still in a beta phase due to some people have told me that Preview does not work for them. If you are having trouble, read ArchUser.rtf then email me if you want to.
