that seem to be problems with the binary contained in the 0.10 installer. Distributing precompiled binaries is new as of 0.10 and hasn't been tested very well. Actually, yours is the first comment on it.

The help text here clearly lists "salias" as the 11th command (unfortunately, they're not listed alphabetically). And usleep actually sleeps for a second. I'll have to get to some Win system to test the installed binary soon.
