U++ is BSD licensed C++ cross-platform rapid application development framework focused on programmers productivity without sacrificing runtime performance. Based on strictly deterministic design it provides an alternative to GC collected platforms.

U++ provides the simplest and the most agile way I know to build GUI application with use of C++. Consist of advanced set of C++ classes and widgets, plus its own IDE/debuger/GUI-resource builder. It's maybe not flawless, but for my purposes still the best among many others.
