I have loads of unit test from boost_unit_test library. All of the unit test compiled in 5mins. Looking for a better solution, I converted all of my unit tests for UnitTest++. An effort that is worth it with compilation times of 3s. I'm sure boost unit test have lots more features (that I will never tap), but I simply don't have time to waste on compilation times.

Very easy to setup, easy to write test cases, and build fast, that very good. But I'm not sure if it can provide the coverage report as CppUnit.
