0.4.1 - 14 April 2008 - Thanks to Chris Klaiber, UniMotion now uses the latest SDK available to build. As a result it now builds without modification on 10.4 (Tiger) and 10.5 (Leopard). 0.4 - 21 August 2007 - real values are offset before being scaled - real values are now scaled using multiplication rather than division - old scale information (x_scale, y_scale, z_scale) is ignored but useful defaults now exist (ie. you do not need to have calibration data to get real values anymore) - passing 0 as the type is now legal and results in less work than read_sms(detect_sms(), ...) - read_sms_raw_bytes gives access to the raw bytes (not values) obtained from the SMS. motion -b shows these values which can be helpful in diagnosing broken SMSes (yes, I have encountered a broken SMS). - read_sms_scaled was provided so that code written to support the MacBook [Pro]'s scaling can work with older machines (read_sms_real is still the preferred interface) 0.3 - 13 June 2006 - raw, calibrated and real(float) numbers are available - calibrated numbers are adjusted by an offset - real numbers are divided by a scale - very basic calibrate app exists to create UniMotion.plist 0.2 - 30 May 2006 - fix MacBook Pro numbers (it uses int16 instead of char for it's values) - LGPL license - split up lib from apps - start the "massaging" process (macbookpro offset, highrespb polarity) 0.1 - not publically released - unify the versions of Motion - tested working on MacBook Pro and some other machine (not specified by the tester)
