UNICORE/X should be smart enough to figure out that a stage-in is in fact from the same target system.
One idea would be to assign a sort of "hash code" to a SMS instance, maybe by referring to the used
storage adapter? If the "hash code" of uspace and source/target SMS match, the staging can be replaced
by a "copy" directly on the storage adapter.
