hello,
I've always had this error since a really long time.
I remember to investigate a little and my guess is that it's probably
a side effect of changeset #2903 of install.pl about line 720, that never convinced me ...

I'm getting those warning as well and I have one driver in $oem$/$1.
I'm getting the following warning as well :
Use of uninitialized value in scalar chomp at /z/dosbin/install.pl line 981
Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at /z/dosbin/install.pl line 1240
Those warning appear after :
Looking for Z:\os\winxp\i386\lang...
...found.
-> warnings
I use nt5x-install.

Maybe Pierre knows something about it. I feel that this warning is caused by the absent of drivers on the $oem$/$1 directory.
