KB953838 and KB961260 fail with a "status 67" message when attempting to install IE7. These should be removed/replaced with updated cumulative patches. I will look into any available replacements.

MySQL and Perl require updates, since the "make download" target will get 404 errors on the old packages. Included is a patch for the current releases.

You're right. It seems the CVS repo has Windows updates up to 09-03, and nothing newer.
I will just have to update.

KB890830 has been updated to v3.2 (winxp-extras.bat currently expects v2.8, which is no longer available).
This breaks the prepare script.
