Project Reviews for Tcl Windows API and Inspection Toolshttp://sourceforge.net/projects/twapi/Project Reviews for Tcl Windows API and Inspection ToolsenWed, 26 Aug 2009 17:12:44 -0000Jonathan Mills reviewed twapi: Thumbs uphttp://sourceforge.net/projects/twapi/reviews/Thumbs up: I use Tcl a lot for general scripting in the lab, nearly all Linux based. Occasionally I have write a script for some Windows based kit and without TWAPI I would have been completely stuck - I had no idea how to make a Tcl app into a Windows service. I have not used all of TWAPI and I am no Windows programmer, but it provided everything I needed (and more) and it just works. Many many thanks for such a brilliant package.Jonathan MillsWed, 26 Aug 2009 17:12:44 -0000http://sourceforge.net/projects/twapi/reviews/guid-b95d6d50a5fbce5e5e74ff5320ae82cfJeff Godfrey reviewed twapi: Thumbs uphttp://sourceforge.net/projects/twapi/reviews/Thumbs up: I write Tcl-based applications professionally, almost exclusively for the Windows environment. For me, TWAPI is an absolute must-have Tcl extension. If it can be done with the Windows API, you can almost assuredly do it via Tcl using TWAPI. It's rock-solid, well documented, and has great author support. What more could you ask for?Jeff GodfreyWed, 19 Aug 2009 13:24:30 -0000http://sourceforge.net/projects/twapi/reviews/guid-f4dff0327fb182201499aabf5dc8cce7Daniel Lopez reviewed twapi: Thumbs uphttp://sourceforge.net/projects/twapi/reviews/Thumbs up: Twapi brings Tcl a high-level, clean, well tested API to the guts of Win32, so you can fully integrate your application natively with Windows with minimal effort. It is thoroughly well documented and Ashok is incredibly responsive to bug reports and feature suggestions. All in all, together with Expect and a few others, one of the best Tcl extensions out thereDaniel LopezMon, 10 Aug 2009 17:43:06 -0000http://sourceforge.net/projects/twapi/reviews/guid-852bdbefab981eef3c79290bf544ab65
