Hi,
TubeCast would be the best app if you remove or set the 100mb limit to 1GB since YouTube have already increased their uploading limit to 1GB.

The first version of TubeCast has been released. TubeCast allows you to easily upload multiple videos to YouTube without Flash or a browser.
Requires the .NET Framework 2.0 or higher.
