Tissue Simulation Toolkit is a two-dimensional library for the Cellular Potts Model (Graner and Glazier 1992; Phys. Rev. Lett. 69, 2013), which is increasingly used by computational biologists to study tissue patterning and developmental mechanisms.

tst 0.1.3 file released: TST0.1.3.tar.gz

Added new parameter "extensiononly" (default "false") and updated chemotaxis code in file ca.cpp. Minor changes to file "vessel.cpp". Added files "hull.cpp" and "hull.h" to calculate the convex hulls of the cell clusters. Files "hull.*" are (c) 2001, softSurfer (www.softsurfer.com). Added code to call hull routines from ca.cpp.
