  • tsdisplay Preview Release 3 file released: TeamspeakDisplay-PR3.zip

Preview Release 3 * Fixed warnings that were generated by the Teamspeak Display script (thanks to DarkCyrus) * Improved the sort order method on players and channels (looks perfect to me now, although it could possibly contain errors as I had to guess how teamspeak sorts it't players and channels) * Fixed some bugs that could make the script hang when the teamspeak server responds with an ERROR-response instead of the requested information followed by an OK-response (thanks to DarkCyrus). ERROR-responses are very unlikely to be received using the commands Teamspeak Display issues on the server, although it's still possible. * Fixed an internal bug that administrated the displayname of subchannels with the status flags of their parent channel * Fixed a bug in the determination of the player picture. When being away and having the speakers or microphone muted, a mute-icon was displayed instead of an away-icon while the away icon should actually be displayed. * Fixed a hang-problem in the selectServer function. An fread command caused some webserver configurations to hang (don't know why, but replacing it with fgets solved the problem). * Fixed a bug that made you login into teamspeak with a partial nickname when it contains a double quote or question mark (thanks to Peter Meijer for finding this error). Problems with incorrect charachters appearing when you use an or character for example are now also solved. * Added code (in comments by default) to enable all php's error handlers to help debugging Teamspeak Display. * Fixed the autorefresh which didn't work on webserver configurations that have the register_globals setting turned off in their php.ini (thanks to Harakka for reporting and AndyGR42 for providing the fix). * Modified the way parameters are passed to the teamspeakdisplay. The parameters are now in an array. An array with default settings can be retrieved using the GetDefaultSettings method. When having customized such an array it can be passed to the new displayTeamspeakEx function. The old displayTeamspeak function is still maintained for backward compatibility. * Added an option to limit the displayed teamspeak contents to only one channel including it's players and subchannels. This option can be used by setting the "limitchannel" option in the settings array. * Added an error-dialog which is shown when one of the forbidden charachters is used in a nickname: (, ), [, ], {, }. The list of forbidden nickname characters can be customized through the "forbiddennicknamechars" option in the settings array. To update from a previous Preview Release you need to replace the following files: * teamspeakdisplay/teamspeakdisplay.php * teamspeakdisplay/teamspeakdisplay.css * demo.php * demo.css

  • tsdisplay Preview Release 2 file released: TeamspeakDisplay-PR2.zip

Preview Release 2 * Fixed HTML 4.01/Transitional compatibility (the div tag containing the teamspeak display had an invalid attribute "name") * Fixed an error in the login javascript; a typo in the script tag made internet explorer throw an error when trying to login by clicking a channelname or the servername * Fixed a problem with hostnames containing characters which are not allowed in javascript function names. Because of this the script could stop working in certain browsers when using a hostname containing a dash for example was used. Previously the login functions included the server-address in their name, now they include an md5-hash of the server- address in their name. Due to this all hostnames can now be used as server address. * Fixed a problem with channelnames containing single-quote charachters. These channelnames caused the login script to fail and throw an error when clicking the channelname in Teamspeak Display. To update from Preview Release 1 you need to replace the following files: * teamspeakdisplay/teamspeakdisplay.php * teamspeakdisplay/teamspeakdisplay.css
