this is an out of memory error. It's hard to diagnose this, the error occurred in the substance look and feel code, but if could have been caused by a variety of issues.

check out the latest pac40
as you can see in the xml, there is only 1 factory in western usa
but because there are 2 factories possible in the game,
and because the factory is damaged
the game for some reason shows there being two factories in western usa in need of repair, both damaged the same amount (and repairing either one repairs both). the game only shows this during the repair...

the property called use shipyards throws an error.
this is related to factories in some way
either it is because there are more than one unit in the game with the "isFactory" attachment
or it is because there is not a unit called "factory" (might be named something else, like factory_major, or whatever the modder wants, eg: city)
i am not sure why it matters or is tied to factory, as...

the minimap displays exactly 2 pixels above and 2 pixels to the left of where it is supposed to be displayed.
could be fixed by editing the code to move everything 2 pixels and down and 2 pixels to the right.
very minor indeed.

this only affects islands... so maps without islands would start having errors pop up...
i think it would be best just to having the center picker utility remind the use to end the sea zones in "Sea Zone" if there will be islands.
or alternatively, to modify that code to look for and see if it is "water" or not instead of looking at the name. (the code in question is when the user is playing a...
