smooth scrolling problem

    Hi,

    I've got a very strange problem: treatise scrolls the text smoothly as long as I keep the mouse pointer moving (!) within the window. As soon as I keep the mouse pointer still (doesn't matter whether it's inside the window or not), the scrolling text starts to jump at random intervals and becomes very hard to read without getting a headache. Is there any known remedy to this problem?
