  Moved test data files from src/test/data to src/test/resources, which better follows maven conventions. This allowed me to change the references to the files in test programs, so that the references now use relative paths instead of absolute paths. Hopefully with this change, maven will be able to execute the tests when the development directory is copied to other systems. Test programs now write to System.getProperty("java.io.tmpdir") instead of a hardcoded "/tmp". Hopefully this will allow the tests work on Windows systems. Renamed most of the test cases.
