Help on Installation in Delphi 4

    After downloading Delphi-InternetPro_1_16_beta3.zip and extracting the files, when trying to Install a Package
    1 It is looking for a *.bpl or *.dpc
    2 When selecting IPRO_D40.dpk it gives the error "Invalid Package File"
    The file contents look similar to other dpk files.
    What am I doing wrong?
