Q: Can not the 'momentum' be derived from the metastate attributes of a meme? Or is not the momentum nothing but a 'pull' towards the corresponding metastate attributes of the meme?
A: Metastate physics are to mimic the process of associations determining a meme's position in the basic (15-D) dimensions of the mind. Momentum is mass times velocity ( P = M x V ), so technically it is not a 'pull' of any sort (which would be force, F). I think that it's important that we keep the physics terms to mean the same thing in the Metastate Physics as they do in Real Physics.
The reason why the Five Aggregates exist in the first place is to have a basic psychological model for the human mind. The 15 dimensions of those Aggregates describe fundamental attributes that every meme has.
Q: The way I see it there is a group of 'active memes'. Only the memes in this subset have effect on the 5A's. Some memes in the group are more 'active' than others.
A: Right, though in a manner of speaking all memes are 'active'. For a meme to become 'inactive' would be for it to be erased like a forgotten memory, or if it's simplified to be part of a more abstract meme.
The 'cytoplasm' is an engine for using relevant memes to construct sentences or actions. The bridge between mind and body, in other words. So all the while all the memes in the Mematrix are being shifted around, orbiting one another, pulling and pushing, etc.
